为探讨动脉灌注药物治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的护理方法。对19例股骨头缺血性坏死病人术前进行认真评估,有针对性的予以心理护理,充分的术前准备;术后加强生命体征的观察,体位及病情观察,抗凝治疗的护理,出血的观察;详细的出院指导。19例病人均取得满意疗效,未发生术后并发症。

This paper is to study thd nursing methods on arterial perfusion to treat ischemic necrosis of the femour head. 19 patients who suffered from ischemic necrosis of the femur head and treated with arterial perfusion were being nrused. The nursing included pre-operation evaluation, psychological nursing, preparation for operation and monitoring for vital sign, post-operation state of illness and guidance for leaving hsopital. 19 patients had good effect and no complication.
