摘要
目的:探讨自我护理理论应用于糖尿病临床护理的实践意义和价值。方法:利用自我护理理论的3种基本护理方法,即完全补偿性护理、部分补偿性护理、支持教育,对30例住院老年糖尿病患者及家属进行有针对性的护理指导。结果:糖尿病患者及家属的知识水平和自我管理能力增强,未再出现严重并发症。结论:保持健康的生活方法,坚持严格的自我护理管理,不仅可以延缓疾病的进展,减少并发症的发生,而且还在不同程度上提高了患者的生命质量。
Objective: To discuss the application and value of the Theory of self-care in clinical nursing on Diabetes. Methods: Using three basic nursing methods of the Theory of Self-care, i. e. wholly compensatory system, partly compensatory system and supportive-education system, to supply nursing instruction to 30 inpatients of diabaetes and their families. Results: The knowledge and self-management of 30 cases including their families have improved. No serious complications apperared. Conclusion: Keeping healthy life style, insisting on strict self-care can delay the development of the disease, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life.
