摘要
目的:探讨肠道准备对钡剂灌肠造影的效果影响。方法:将100例接受钡剂灌肠造影的病人随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组给予50％硫酸镁口服,对照组给予常规的清洁灌肠。结果:实验组的造影效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:50％硫酸镁口服肠道准备具有简单方便、减少病人痛苦、清洁肠道效果好的优点。
Objective:To work out the effect of bowels preparation to the result of barium enema radiography, Methods: 100 cases accepting barium enema radiography were divided in to 2 groups, experiment group receiving administration of 50% magnesium sulfate orally and the matched group treated with normal cleaning enema. Results: The results of radiophotography of experiment group is more effective than the compare groupls (P <0. 05). Conclusion: The way of 50% magnesium sulfate taked orally for bowel preparation is convenient and acceptable, the effect of cleaning bowel is satisfactory, it also can a-void the pain resulting from normal cleaning enema.
