摘要
目的 通过改进的三袖套管吻合技术建立大鼠左肺原位移植模型。方法 将 40只SD大鼠随机分为供受体两组 ,采用三袖套管技术完成肺动静脉和支气管的吻合。结果 在 2 0例手术中 ,供肺灌注到摘取需时 (8± 1)min ,供肺完成套管需时 (6± 2 )min ,供受体动静脉和支气管吻合需时 (11± 2 )min ,移植物总缺血时间 (3 6± 7)min ,手术平均时间 (5 9± 4)min ,手术成功率90 % (18/ 2 0 ) ,术后生存率 10 0 %。结论 采用改进的三袖套管吻合技术成功建立大鼠左肺原位移植模型 。
Objective With the improved cuff-like vessel anastomosis technique to establish the rat orthotopic left pulmonary allograft transplantation model.Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into donor and recipient groups.The anastomosis of pulmonary artery,vein and bronchus was performed by using the improved cuff-like vessel anastomosis technique.Results In 20 cases of operations,time of dornor lung perfusion-picking,donor lung vessel anastomosis and recipient vessel anastomosis was (8±1),(6±2),(11±2) min respectively.The total ischemic time was (36±7) min,and the mean operative time was (59±4) min.The operation successful rate was 90 % (18/20),and survivial rate was 100 %.Conclusion The improved cuff-like vessel anastomosis technique for establishment of rat orthotopic pulmonary allograft transplantation model is simple and applicable.
