经静脉安置埋藏式心脏复律除颤器的临床应用

Clinical application of transvenous implantable cardioveter-defibrillator

目的 评价埋藏式心脏复律除颤器 (ICD)的治疗作用。方法 反复发作室性心动过速 (VT)患者安装 ICD,并随访 18个月。结果 术中测得除颤阻抗为 5 9欧 ,除颤阈值 <10 J。术后复发室性心动过速 ,均经 ICD治疗成功转复室性心律 ,有效率 10 0 %。结论

Objective\ To assess the antiarrhythmic effect of implantable Cardioverter defibrillator(ICD).Methods\ A patient with recurrent ventricular tachycardia(VT)was implanted ICD and followed up for 18 Months.Result\ Shock path impedance was 59 ohms,Defibrillation threshold(DFT)was<10J.A patient was treated with ICD which teminated malignant Ventricular arrhythmias and recovered it to sinus rhythm successfully with 100 percent effective rate.Conclusion\ The efficacy of ICD is positive.
