甲壳多糖治疗37例内分泌性浸润性突眼症的临床研究

The clinical investigation of methylchitin for endocrinal infiltration exophthalmos of 37 cases

目的 对 37例内分泌性浸润性突眼症患者加用甲壳多糖胶囊治疗并观察临床疗效。方法 甲壳多糖胶囊 (商品名 :康美键 ) 6～ 12粒 /日分服 ,连服 2～ 3个月 ,重症患者 3个月后减量维持 3个月。结果 轻度突眼 2 5例 ,显效 2 1例 ,有效 4例 ;中度突眼 8例 ,显效 3例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 3例 ;重度突眼 4例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 2例。总有效率 86 .5 %。结论 对内分泌性浸润性突眼症患者除了采用传统的甲状腺干制剂及糖皮质激素治疗外 。

Objective\ To investigate the therapeutic effect of methylchitin for endocrinal infiltration exophthalmos.Methods 37 patients with endocrinal infiltration exophthalmos were treated with methylchitin,6～12 capsuls were taken orally daily for 2～3 months,and severe cases were treated for extended 3 months with decreased dosage.Results 21 cases were apparent relieved,and 4 cases were effective among 25 cases of light exophthalmos;3 cases were apparent relieved,2 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective among 8 cases of mild exophthalmos; 2 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective among 4 cases of severe exophthalmos;the total effective rate was 86 5%.Conclusion Methylcgitin were effective for patients with endocrinal infiltration exophthalmos,this kind of patients should receive conventional glucocorticoids treatment and methylchitin could reinforce the therapeutical effects of traditional drugs.
