摘要
我院泌尿外科门诊从1989年7月至1990年12月,非选择性的对157例男性不育,作了跟踪性的治疗观察,对其中34例精液不液化者,采取了中西医结合治疗手段,取得了一定疗效。现报告如下: 临床资料一、一般资料:精液有异常的157例中,精液不液化有34例,占20.16％。34例中伴发前列腺炎9例。年龄25—38岁。婚龄1—12年,平均2.9年。二、精液的收集方法和检查:所有精液标本由南京医学院组胚教研室协作检查。患者收集精液前禁欲4天,于检查当日上午用手淫法将全份标本置于清洁、干燥、无毒的广口玻璃容器中,立即进行检查。按1987年WHO新订的精液分析操作,治疗过程中每月复查精液一次。
This paper describes the tretment of 34 cases of non-liquefaction of semen with combines method of Chinese medicine and western medicine. The authors hold that this disease is caused by various factors, especially by deficiency of the kidney -yin and dysfunction of the spleen and stomach, and can be treated with certain effect by Five-Seed Pill for Reproduction and Decoction for Invigorating Qi in the Middle Warmer of the 34 cases, with the average course of treatment was 3.78 months, the time of liquefaction in 29 cases returned to normal and the activity, mobility and movement speed of semen were increased with vary degrees.
