摘要
本文从病史、症状、体征及有关检查等方面,对慢性肾炎肝肾阴虚证的诊断进行规范化、数量化研究,确定了本病证的数学模型,经41例患者临床观察,证实本病证的数学模型与临床实际吻合(符合率达97.56％)。
This paper was written based on review of a great number of documents from ancient to present ages, the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine about chronic renal insufficiency (CRI)and synthesis of different theories and experiments on CRI. By means of mathematical logic and fuzzy sets, the author reports'the research of standardization and mathemat- icalization in the diagnosis of the pattern of liver and kidney Yin deficiency(肝肾阴亏)of CRI from the symptom and sign to laboratory examinations and so on. The paper also builds a mathematical model which was tested by clinical observation of forty-one eases form 1988 to 1990(fitting rate 97.56%).
