摘要
目的 运用小鼠股部肌袋模型 ,观察重组人骨形成蛋白 - 2 (rh BMP- 2 )的异位诱骨活性。方法 将rh BMP- 2 0 .5 mg、 1 .0 mg、 1 .5 mg及人血清白蛋白 (HSA) 1 .5 mg分别植入小鼠股部肌肉 ,观察组织学成骨及测定标本内钙含量。结果 植入 rh BMP- 2 1 .0 mg及 1 .5 mg组成骨良好 ,组织钙含量高。其余组未见成骨。结论 rh BMP-2如同天然骨形成蛋白一样 ,能够在异位以软骨内化骨方式诱导成骨 。
Objective\ The thigh muscle model of mouse was selected to observe the ectopic bone inductive activity of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2(rhBMP 2).Methods\ 0 5 mg,1 0 mg,1 5 mg rhBMP 2 and 1 5 mg human serum albunin(HSA) were implanted into the thigh muscle models of mice respectively.Histological examination and evaluation of calcium contents in the specimen were carried out.Results\ The histolgical examination showed that 1 0 mg and 1 5 mg rhBMP 2 induced new bone formation certainly and calcium contents were large.There was no evidence of new bone formation in the other groups.Conclusion\ It was showed that rhBMP 2 have native BMP do and the characterization of time and dose dependence.
