摘要
开发区环境影响评价的规划性决定其可以利用评价对象的不确定性 ,围绕如何实现区内环境累积影响最低的目标 ,采用生态工业园区设计来完善开发区的规划 ,从而充分发挥区域开发环境影响评价在主动性。
The application of Eco Industrial Zones design in integrated planning for regional developments to deal with the uncertainness of incoming projects was discussed,targeting the reduction of cumulative environmental impact to a minimum in hi tech zones.
