摘要 以环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、橡胶颗粒等为主要原料,采用预聚物法制备弹性橡胶地砖用聚氨酯粘合剂,考察了粘合剂配方等对弹性铺地材料物理性能的影响,并对其老化性能、透水性能等进行了研究。结果表明,采用二官能度和三官能度混合聚醚(20~40:80~60)、异氰酸酯指数为1.05~1.07、硫化温度140~150℃时,材料的物理性能及工艺性能均较好。 In this paper , one component moisture cured polyurethane adhensive used for elastic rubber tile was prepared by way of prepolymerization with Polyether polyols(PPG),TDI80 and rubber particles as mian raw materials. Effects of adhesive formulation on physical and mechanical properties of flooring materials were discussed and study was made of its weathering property, permeability and so on. The results indicated that when PPG blending based on two and three functional groups was 20~40:80~60, freeNCO group index was 1.05~1.07, cure temperature 140~150℃ ,physical properties and technological properties of the flloring materials were good.
