控涎丹祛痰平喘及抗炎作用的实验观察 被引量:2

摘要 控涎丹出自陈无择《三因极一病证方论》,由甘遂、大戟、白芥子组成,是攻逐痰饮之代表方,用治于痰饮诸证,其中治疗痰饮壅盛型哮喘有卓效。我们进行了以下药理实验,证明其确具祛痰、平喘、抗炎等作用。 Pill for Phlegm Retention is compposed of Radix Euphorbiae Kansui, Radix knoxiae and Semen Sinapis Albae. 1. Three —day enema with 0. 4g/kg of the pill had general asthma — relieving action on guinea pigs with asthma caused by ultrasonic nebulization of acecoline and histamine phosphate from The effect achieved by using the pill is defferent that achieved by using normal saline(P<0. 01) 2. Enema with 20mg/10g and 40mg/10g repectively of the pill had increasingly marked phlegm — removing action on mice with the increase of dpsage. The effectachieved by using the pill is different from that achieved by using normal saline (P<0. 001) 3. External application or liposoluble partial enema of the drug had marked inhibiting action on in flammatory ear swelling of mice caused by croton oil. The effect achieved by using the pill is different from that achieved by using normal saline (P<0. 01)
