摘要
针对新疆平原拦河水库溃坝洪水的特点 ,建立了坝址处和水库下游的二维洪水演进数值模型 ,提出了解算方法 ,并以夹河子水库 196 1年 4月 16日实际发生的溃坝洪水为例 ,进行了模拟计算 ,给出了溃坝坝址处的最大流量 ,溃口宽度 ,淹没水深 ,流速和淹没历时等洪水风险信息。
According to characters of dam-rooted flood of plain river-weir reservoirs in Xinjiang, a 2-D mathematical model and relevant algorithm was presented for describing flood routing at dam site and at lower river reaches. Based on investigated dam-rooted flood data on April 16th, 1961 in Jiahezi reservoir, the model was employed to simulate flood routing and present flood risk information, such as maximum discharge at dam site, dam-routed width, submerged depth, flow velocity and duration of flood.
