摘要
本文以微循环、血液流变学、血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和6—酮—前列腺素F1α(6—keto—PGF1α)等为指标,观察了复方血竭注射液与生理盐水对家兔血瘀模型、正常大鼠左室等容收缩相心肌收缩性能指标的影响,结果表明本方具有改善微循环(血流流态与红细胞聚集),降低全血和血浆粘度,降低血浆TXB_2和升高6—keto—PGF1α水平的作用。对正常大鼠左室等容收缩相心肌收缩性能指标无明显影响。临床上,陈旧性心肌梗塞23例中19例有心绞痛症状者,显效4例,改善12例,总有效率84.2%,本方能改善患者的甲皱微循环(管襻清晰度与血流流态),降低全血和血浆粘度,降低血浆TXB_2和升高6—keto—PGF1α水平,优于丹参对照组。对患者超声心功能的每分输出量(CO)及射血分数(EF)无明显影响。
This paper reports observation of the effect of compound Resina Draconis on the rabbit blood stasis model and on the normal rat's left ventricular myocardium contractility during isovolumetric contraction phase, with microcirculation, blood rheology,thromboxane B_2 and 6—keto—PG F_(1α) as the indices. The effect of improving microcirculation, reducing whole blood and blood plasma viscosity and plasma TXB_2 and raising the level of 6— keto—PGF_(1α)。It has no significant effect on noral rat's left ventricular phase。In treating 19 cases of angina pectoris among 23 cases of remote myocardial infarction, the total effective rate was 84.2%, which is higher than that obtained from the control group treated with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
