原位肝移植术后早期肾功能损害的原因分析 被引量：9

摘要 肝移植患者术后肾功能异常是其常见而严重的并发症,是影响该类患者预后的重要因素[1].本研究通过回顾性分析62例非静脉-静脉转流下原位肝移植病例的临床资料,以筛选出肝移植术后影响早期肾功能的危险因素,为进一步指导肝移植术的麻醉管理提供参考.
