摘要
目的 :为了观察心衰康煎液对大鼠心室肌细胞动作电位的影响。方法 :利用细胞内微电极记录技术 ,观察了 16例大鼠心室肌细胞动作电位用药前后的特征。结果 :心衰康煎液可以明显延长刺激引起动作电位的潜伏期及明显缩短动作电位时程。结论 :心衰康煎液对心肌细胞电活动有明显影响。
Objective:To study the effects of the xinshuaikang decoction on AP of ventricular cells in rats .Methods:Intracellular microelectrode record technology was applied to observe the characters of AP of ventricular cells in 16 rats before and after taking drug.Results: Xinshuaikang decoction could prolong the latent period of AP induced by electrical stimulation and shorten the APD Jignificantly . Conclusion: Xinshuaikang decoction had an significant effect on the electrical activity of myocardial cells.
