摘要
目的 探讨广枣对急性肾缺血再灌注损伤的肾脏的保护作用。方法 通过建立大鼠急性肾缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察广枣对肾缺血再灌注后血中丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)以及肾组织Na+ ,K+ -ATP酶和Ca2 + -ATP酶活性的影响。结果 使用广枣后 ,MDA明显下降 ,SOD ,Na+ ,K+ -ATP酶和Ca2 + -ATP酶活性显著上升。
Objective It is to investigate the protective func tion of Scabiosae on kidney against acute ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods The renal ischemia-re perfusion models were established. The effect of Scabiosae on MDA, SOD in blood and Na +, K +-ATP ase , Ca 2+ -ATP ase in renal tissue were measu red. Results The conte nt of MDA decreased obviously and the contents of SOD, Na +, K +-ATP ase , Ca 2+ -ATP ase increased significantly. Conclusion Sca biosae can protect kidney from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
