45例吸毒者SCL-90评定结果

The Determination of 45 Heroin Addicts by SCL-90

目的:了解海洛因依赖者脱毒后的心理健康状况,及不同吸毒年限对其心理健康状况的影响。方法:对45例海洛因依赖者进行SCL-90评定,同时评定35例正常人作为对照。结果:吸毒者脱毒后的阳性项目数及躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子均分与正常对照有显著性差异( t值:4.605～9.143,P<0.01);吸毒年限在5年以上的抑郁因子均分及10年以上的焦虑因子均分与5年以下的比较有显著性差异( t值:抑郁2.016、焦虑2.231,P<0.05)。结论:脱毒后的吸毒者有较突出的心理健康问题,吸毒年限的长短对抑郁、焦虑等症状影响较大。

Objective: To understand the psychological patterns of heroin addicts after detoxification and the effects of different drug-taking years of abuse on these patterns.Methods: 45 heroin addicts and 35 healthy persons were evaluated with SCL-90. Results: There were remarkable difference between the items in the control and addict groups, the items include somatization, obsession, personal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid, mental disease (P<0.01). There were remarkable difference in depression and anxiety factors between addicts with different drug-taking years. The difference between addicts with more than 5 and less than 5 drug -taking yeas(depression factor), with more than 10 and less than 5 drug-taking years(anxiety factor) was P<0.05 relatively. Conclusion: The abnormal psychological phenomena are found in the drug abusers after detoxification. The drug-taking duration is the main factor which affect the symptoms especially depression and anxiety.
