摘要
应用3M KCl 高速冷冻离心法分别从视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)实体瘤组织和正常视网膜组织中抽提出 Rb 肿瘤抗原(RbAg)和视网膜抗原(RAg)。以 RbAg 免疫新西兰纯种家兔制备等 Rb 抗血清。用双向免疫扩散和酶联免疫吸甜试验检测 Rb 抗原及抗血清的性质,表明用本法抽提的 Rb 抗原具有肿瘤特异性。
Using the 3M KC1 extraction method,we made crude retinoblastoma anti-
gens(RbAg)and retina tissue antigens(RAg)from allogeneic retinoblastoma
(Rb)tissue and normal retina tissue.At the same time,polyclonal antibodies
against RbAg were elicited in New Zealand syngeneic rabbits.The nature of
RbAg and Rb antiserum was examined by double immunodiffusion test and
enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results suggest that RbAg
made from allogeneic Rb tissues using the 3M KC1 method is a specific
tumor antigen.
