摘要
对我局150名在职潜水员 X 线摄片的调查,发现减压性骨坏死22例(14.7%),其中潜水工龄超过25年者发病率较高(33.9%)。病变常发生在肱骨上端(43.3%)和股骨上端(37.8%),且均发生在潜水深度曾超过30米和年龄大于4O岁的潜水员中。86.4%的患者曾患过急性减压病。
X-ray examination was performed on the divers of Shanghai Salvage.
Dysbaric osteonecrosis was found in 22 of 150 divers(14.7%).Men with over
25 years of experience in diving were highly affected(33.9%).These bone
lesions were found most frequently in the upper humerus(43.3%)and upper
femur(37.8%)and were found only in those who dived over 39 meters and
aged over 40 years.In the group of bone lesions,86.4% were known with
bends.
