The exploitation of upstream channel is very crucial for realizing bi-directional convection business. The BER is main index in transmitting digital signal in upstream channel. To ensure BER value, the CNR value must be maintained.Gives the distributing features of noise source in upstream channel and introduces its computing method of C/N .
