成人癫癎患者生活质量的调查

Investigation of life quality in adult with epilepsy

目的 :观察成人癫患者的生活质量。方法 :用Spitzer生活质量指数对 6 2例成人癫患者进行生活质量的评定。结果 :①患者组生活质量有下降 ,与对照组相比差异具有极显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ;②原发性癫组和继发性癫组两组之间的生活质量比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :成人癫患者存在生活质量下降 ,合理的抗癫治疗。

Objective:To investigate the quality of life (QOL) in adult with epilepsy.Methods:The life quality of 62 adults with epilepsy were evaluated by spitzer quality of life index.Results:The quality of life decreased in patient group.A significant difference in QOL was noted as compared with the control group ( P <0.01).No significant difference in QOL( P >0.05) was found between the primary epilepsy group and the secondary epilepsy group. Conclusions:The QOL of adults with epilepsy might decrease.Rational antiepiltptic therapy,interventional treatment of psyclological disorder might be necessary.
