Clinical value of AEEG monitoring in patients with disturbance of conciousness

目的 :探讨意识障碍病人动态脑电图 (AEEG)监测的价值。方法 :对 4 7例意识障碍病人的AEEG监测结果及临床预后进行回顾性分析。结果 :EEG慢波型意识障碍 34例中死亡 2例 ,β型意识障碍 5例中死亡 2例 ,暴发抑制 3例、平坦波 4例及α型意识障碍 1例均死亡。结论

Objective: To explore the clinical value of AEEG monitoring in patients with disturbance of conciousness.Methods: AEEG findings and clinical outcome of 47 patients with disturbance of conciousness were analyzed retrospcctively.Results:EEG showed disturbance of couciousness with slow wave pattern in 34 patients and 2 of them died.Five patients showed β wave pattern and 2 patients died.All the 8 patients including electrocerebral silence in four,burst-suppression pattern in three and α-coma pattern in one died.Conclusions:EEG monitoring might be of important clinical value for judging the prognosis of patients with disturbance of conciousness.
