摘要
目的 探讨脑梗死急性期一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)含量变化 ,以及它们与脑梗死面积大小和神经功能缺损程度之间的关系。 方法 检测 4 3例脑梗死急性期患者 (大面积梗死 2 8例 ,小面积梗死 15例 )血清NO、NOS水平及其脑梗死面积 ,同时进行神经功能缺损程度评分 (SSS) ,与 2 9例对照组对比分析。 结果 脑梗死组NO和NOS显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1或P<0 .0 0 1) ,大面积梗死组NO及NOS水平高于小面积梗死组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,脑梗死组SSS评分与血清NO、NOS水平均呈正相关 (rs=0 .36 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ;rs=0 .4 0 1,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 脑梗死急性期血清NO和NOS水平明显升高 。
Objective To study the correlativity among the change of concentration in serum nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS),the size of infarction volume and the degree of neurologic impairment in patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage Methods To examine the serum concentration of NO and NOS in 43 patients with cerebral infarction (28 cases with larger infarction and 15 cases with smaller infarction)in acute stage,and evaluate the size of infarction volume and degree of neurologic impairment at the same time by the Scandinanvian Stroke Scale (SSS),then compared with normal control group. Results The concentration of serum NO and NOS in cerebral infarction group was significant higher than those of control group (P<0.01 and P<0.001 respectively);The level of serum NO and NOS in larger infarction group higher than smaller infarction group(P<0.05);And it showed a positive correlation between the impaired degree(SSS score) and the change of concentration in serum NO(r s=0.365,P<0.05) and serum NOS(r s=0.401,P<0.01) in the patients with cerebral infarction. Conclusion There are a significant correlativity among the change of concentration in the serum NO and NOS,the size of infarction volume and the degree of neurologic impairment.
