摘要
通过从来源不同国家和地区的9个紫花苜蓿品种对白粉病的田间抗性评价,室内苗期接种统计和气孔的观察,结果表明,不同品种对白粉病的抗性达极显著水平,而品种间气孔密度(气孔数/mm2)和气孔口长度(μm)差异不显著,经相关分析,二者与品种对白粉病的抗性无关。
The relationship between the stomata and cultivar of alfalfa and its resistance to Erysiphe polygoni were studied. The results showed that the stomatal density and length were not correlated with the resistance to E.polygoni in 9 alfalfa cultivars introduced from different countries and areas.
