摘要
羊草(Leymuschinensis)是典型的无性系植物。通过对不同土壤基质条件下羊草无性系构件的定量分析,结果表明,在松嫩平原4月中旬羊草种群返青期,无性系潜在种群芽库均由3个龄级组成,呈明显的增长型年龄结构,6种土壤基质0龄芽所占比重变化范围为78.5%~98.1%,依次为草甸土>林间风沙土>林缘风沙土>中度盐碱土>重度盐碱土>轻度盐碱土。在芽库的活动芽和休眠芽结构中,各土壤基质均以活动芽占较大比重,最低者为重度盐碱土占53.2%,最高者为林缘风沙土达95.6%。除林间风沙土春性植株占80%外,其余5种土壤基质均以冬性植株占较大比重,变化范围为53.7%~90.5%,依次为中度盐碱土>草甸土>轻度盐碱土>林缘风沙土>重度盐碱土。
Leymus chinensis is typical clonal species. Quantitative analysis on modules of the populations in different soil substrates in the middle of April at the returning green stage was made on the Songnen Plains of China.The results showed that the bud banks of potential population could be divided into 3 age classesand showed an obvious expanding type of age structure. Besides that the proportion of the zero age class buds rangedfrom 78.5% to 98.1% in 6 soil substrates,and the order was meadow soil>interforest sand soil>forestedge sand soil>middlingsaline soil>heavy saline soil>light saline soil. The active budswere absolutely dominant for 6 soil substrates in the bud banks. The active buds in heavy saline soil were the lowest, accountedfor 53.2%, and the forestedge sand soil was the highest, accountedfor 95.6%. The proportion of springness ramets was 80.0%in the interforest sand soil. The winterness ramets were absolutely dominant rangedfrom 53.7%to 90.5%in the otherfive soil substrates,and the order wasmiddlingsaline soil>meadow soil>light saline soil>forestedge sand soil>heavy saline soil.
