摘要
阐述了馆员的情商是决定高校图书馆服务质量的重要因素 ,指出高校图书馆服务中存在的情商问题 。
The author of this article expounds that the feeling quotient is the important factor in determining the quality of library service,points out the existing problems in the feeling quotient in their service work,and discusses how to raise the service quality in college libraries by making the full use of the positive interactions between the librarians and readers.
