关于斜拉桥设计、施工中有关问题的探讨

A Discussion on Problems in Design and Construction of Cable-Stayed Bridge

根据黄浦江上已建成3座斜拉桥(即南浦、杨浦、徐浦大桥)运行至今少则数年多则12a的情况看,总体上是好的,但在设计、施工方面尚有一些值得改进和提高之处。为进一步提高大桥工程建设质量,方便养护作业人员操作,延长工程寿命,笔者从10余年大桥运行管理实践中收集到的大量第一手资料,提出一些建议,以期大桥建设的项目公司、设计、施工、监理单位树立“用户第一”及“防治水害”的观点。

Generally it ' s good for the operational performances lasting from several years to12years of the3cable-stayed bridges(say the Nanpu,Yangpu and Xupu bridges)on the Huangpu River.However,there are still some points to be improved and strengthened in design and construction.To improve the bridge construction quality,prolong the structure life and make maintenance more operationally convenient,recommendations are proposed based on a large quantity of firsthand materials got from over10years' practice on bridge operational administration,giving a reference to contractors,and enterprises of design,construction and supervision.
