Erecting T-Beam with Gantry Crane

卢浦大桥引桥工程四标段上部结构均采用T型梁,最重达100t,全部采用现场跨内预制。该工程施工场地狭小,用履带式起重机双机抬吊存在场地局限、设备租借周期长、怠工或进出场次数多、不经济等诸多问题。经论证比较,采用LMD60T型门式起重机施工,既解决了场地问题,又保证了梁的安装质量和进度,满足了预制场地的周转需要,同时可进行大型钢模板、钢材、小型机具等的场内运输,取得了良好的经济效益。

For the superstructure in Contract No4of access of the Lupu Bridge,T-beams precasted all in situ are adopted,with the heaviest one of100t.As the construction site is narrow and small,the conventional method that lifting the beam with two caterpillar cranes would produce problems such as the unavailable lifting field,the long period of renting equipment,going slow or increasing on frequency of getting in/out the site,uneconomic cost etc.However,based on demonstration and comparison,the LMD60T gantry crane is applied to erect the T-beams.Thus,not only the problem of field is resolved,and the beam erecting quality and progress rate are guaranteed,but also the requirement for turnover of precasting field is met,and the in-site transportation for great-sized steel formwork,steel,and small-sized machine etc becomes available.The economic benefit is good.
