SARS患者的护理

Nursing on Patients with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndronre

目的评价SARS患者的护理效果。方法对我院2003年2月2日～4月30日收治的260例SARS患者的护理进行探讨。结果对260例SARS患者采取综合性的护理措施,可有效减少并发症,降低病死率。结论做好患者的病情观察,生命体征的监测,心理护理等护理措施,对减少病死率,促进康复非常重要;同时,加强病房通风,严格执行消毒隔离及防护措施,是预防医护人员被感染的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of the infectious atypical pneumonia disease. Method To evaluate the nursing of 260 infectious atypical pneumonia admitted in our hospital from Feb.2 to Apr.30, 2003. Result Comprehensive nursing in 260 atypical pneumonia patients could decrease complications and mortality effectively. Conclusions Observation of patients condition, monitoring of symptoms and comprehensive nursing including psychotherapy are very important to decrease mortality and accelerate rehabilitation. Improving ventilation of wards, performing strict sterilization, isolation and preventive measures are important for health workers to prevent infection.
