睾酮对下丘脑-垂体的反馈调节作用 被引量:2

FEEDBACK EFFECT OF TESTOSTERONE ON HYPOTHALAMIC-PITUITARY AXIS

摘要 本文分析了4例克兰菲特综合征患者在服用氟羟甲基睾酮7天(10mg,q6h)前后LH脉冲分泌的变化。结果服药后LH脉冲频率、振幅和平均基础分泌水平都显著下降,表明睾酮本身对下丘脑-垂体有不依赖于芳香化酶的独立的调节作用,其作用部位是在下丘脑和垂体两个水平。 Four patients with Klinefelter's syndrome accepted 10mg of fluoxymesterone every 6h for seven days. Analyses of pulsatile LH secretion was performed before and after the treatment. It was found that the pulse frequency, amplitude and mean basal level ofLH were significantly decreased after the treatment. This result indicated that testosterone per se had an independent role on hypothalamic-pituitary axis, which was not dependent upon aromatase. The site of action was at both hypothalamus and pitutary levels.
