精子内LDH-X同工酶活力与自然流产关系分析

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACTIVITY OF LDH-X IN HUMAN SPERM AND NATURAL ABORTION

摘要 本文对44例健康有一胎以上生育史妻子无流产史男子和54例妻子有不明原因流产史的男子,检测精子内LDH-x同工酶相对活力和比活性。正常组男子精子内LDH-x相对活力为45.30%±5.60%,比活性为9.1±4.4u/mg精子沉淀蛋白质。流产组按~2月,~3月,~4月,~5月,~6月分为五组,其精子内LDH-x相对活力分别为35.4%,38.5%,43.6%,44.4%,44.13%,相关回归分析发现LDH-x相对活力与维持妊娠时间呈正相关,比活性分别为3.4,3.9,5.15,6.5,7.83u/mg精子沉淀蛋白;~2月,~3月,~4月以内流产组丈夫精子内LDH-x比活性与正常组比较有显著统计学差别,~5月,~6月流产组无显著统计学差别,提示丈夫精子内LDH-x比活性低下可导致妻子早期流产。 Sperm samples were taken from 44 men whose wives had born more than one child without abortion and 54 men whose wives were aborted with unknown reason. The relative activity(RA)is 45.3%±5.6% and the specific activity(SA)of LDH-X is 9.1±4.4U/mg of sperm protein in normal group. The abortion group was divided into 5 subgroups according to the foetus age. The results showed that the pregnancy duration increased as the RA of LDH-X increases. There is a remarkable statistical difference in SAs of LDH-X between abortion subgroups below 4 months and the normal group. It suggested that the low SA of LDH-X in sperm could cause the wife early abortion.
