中西医结合治疗肝豆状核变性临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hepatolenticular Degeneration Treated by Combined Chinese and Western Medicine

为观察中西医结合治疗肝豆状核变性 (HLD)的疗效 ,采用中西药治疗 11例HLD患者 ,疗程 4周。结果 :3例显效 ,7例好转 ,1例无效 ,有效率达 90 9% ;治疗后尿排铜量显著增加 ,与临床疗效相一致。提示中西医结合治疗HLD有效 ,能促进HLD尿铜的排泄 。

To observe the clinical effects of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hepatolenticular degeneration (HLD), 11 cases were treated for 4 weeks. Results: 3 cases got marked effects, 7 cases got improvement, 1 case failed, and the total effective rate was 90.9%; after treatment the discharge of urine copper increased obviously. It is indicated that combined Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating HLD and promoting the discharge of urine copper, without marked side effects.
