摘要
为观察食管一号治疗反流性食管炎的疗效 ,将 1 2 0例反流性食管炎患者分为食管一号组 ( 60例 )与辨证分型组 ( 60例 )进行治疗 ,疗程 8周 ,结果 :临床显示食管一号在改善临床反流症状方面明显优于辨证分型组 ;在改善内镜下食管黏膜表现方面 (两组各观察 3 0例 ) ;前者和后者疗效相近 (P >0 0 5 )。提示本病在病情发展的过程中 ,其病机存在一定相似性 。
To observe the clinical effects of 'No.1 Esophageal Prescription' in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, 120 subjects were divided into treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with the Prescription and control group in which another 60 cases were treated on the basis of syndrome differentiation. Results: The symptoms of reflux esophagitis improved more obviously in treatment group than in control group; but the esophageal mucosa in both groups is endoscopically similar.
