葶苈大枣泻肺汤合顺铂腔内灌注治疗肺癌癌性胸水45例

Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction" and Intrapleural Injection of Platinum Diamminodichloride for Lung-Cancer Hydrothorax in 45 Cases

为观察中药葶苈大枣泻肺汤合顺铂腔内灌注治疗肺癌癌性胸水的疗效 ,4 5例患者采用局部顺铂腔内灌注结合口服葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗 ,3周后观察疗效。结果 :总有效率为 88 9% ,KPS评分由用药前平均 5 0分升高至治疗后平均 70分 ;胸痛、呼吸困难、咳嗽均有所改善。提示中药葶苈大枣泻肺汤合顺铂腔内灌注治疗肺癌癌性胸水的疗效较好。

To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction' and intrapleural injection of Platinum Diamminodichloride in the treatment of hydrothorax due to lung cancer, 45 subjects were treated for 3 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 88.9% ; the KPS scores increased from 50 to 70; such symptoms as chest pain, dyspnea and cough were relieved.
