D-半乳糖诱发氧应激合并实验性高脂血症对大鼠血液流变学指标及颈动脉血流量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察D-半乳糖诱发氧应激及实验性高脂血症对大鼠血液流变特性的影响。方法 皮下注射D-半乳糖140mg/kg连续7周诱发大鼠氧应激,并灌胃脂肪乳1周诱发高脂血症,造成动物模型。分别测定模型与对照动物的颈总动脉血流,血浆MDA、SOD以及血液流变学和血脂指标。结果 模型组血浆MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01),SOD略有下降。总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白显著升高(P<0.05%)。血浆粘度有显著升高(P<0.05),其他血流变学指标无显著改变。颈动脉血流量则有增加倾向。结论 本实验提示,在衰老、氧应激与高血脂状态的早期,不一定出现全血粘度等指标的显著改变,可能仅出现轻度的血液高粘滞综合征和组织器官供血的某种调整。 Objective To study the effects of oxygen stress induced by D-galactose unite with hyperlipoidemia on hemorheological parameters and carotid blood flow in rats. Methods The animal model were made by injecting D-galactose 140mg/kg s.c.7 weeks to induce oxygen stress and feeding fat emulsion i.g. 1 week to induce hyperlipoidemia.The carothid blood flow, blood plasma MDA, SOD, hemorheological parameters and blood liopoprotein were determined in the control and model.Results The plasma MDA significandy increased in model group dran control group(P <0.01),the plasma SOD declined a litde in model group. The total cholesterol and LDL significandy increased in the model compared with the control ( P < 0.05 ) . The plasma viscosity significandy increased for the model ( P < 0.05) , and no significandy changes in other hemorheological parameters. Carotid blood flow showed a slight tendency of elevation for die model. Conclusion The study indicates dial early stage of senescene, oxygen stress and hyperlipoidemia may only resuly in slight changes in hemorheological parameters and regulations in blood distribution for blood hyperviscosity syndromes widiout significantly effect on blood viscosity.
