摘要
信息技术的飞跃 ,引起信息获取途径的延展 ,使得企业可以从多途径获取其潜在客户的信息。本文探讨了利用现代信息技术与方法对潜在客户进行主题定义、主题分解、行为特征描述、指标测评、层次划分的TRAIG方法 。
Today,due to the leaps of information technologies,the enterprises can gain much information about its potential clients through more ways.In this article,a method called TRAIG is put forward,which includes the themes definition,themes resolution,action description,index measurement,gradation classification.Further more,the differences between the TRAIG and the traditional perceptual methods are discussed.It also indicates the research trends of information analysis.
