经痛消胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of "Jingtongxiao Capsule

为制定经痛消胶囊的质量标准 ,建立了赤芍药、延胡索、当归、川芎、肉桂的TLC定性鉴别 ,并采用薄层扫描法测定芍药苷的含量。结果显示 :5种药材的TLC图谱斑点清晰 ,专属性强 ,芍药苷定量方法简便 。

To establish a quality standard for 'Jingtongxiao Capsule', TLC qualitative differentiation was made for Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Corydalis ,Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and? Cortex Cinnamomi, and the content of shaoyaogan was detected by TLC. Results: The spots on TLC atlas of the five herbs were clear, with good specificity; this method is an excellent detection, with good repetition.
