摘要
脊柱推拿是推拿学科的独立分支 ,涉及脊柱的解剖学、生物力学及影象学等基础知识和运动脊柱小关节的矫正性手法。与传统推拿相比 ,脊柱推拿更强调基础知识、实践能力和医疗安全问题。在临床实践中应重视脊柱推拿 ,加强手法操作的规范化和安全性 。
Spinal massage is a separate branch of massage science and is associated with the spinal anatomy, biomechanics and imaging as well as orthopedic techniques. In comparison with conventional massage, spinal massage focuses on the basic knowledge, practical ability and medical safety. In the practice of spinal massage, the standardization and safety of massage should be stressed in order to enhance the clinical effects.
