血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的现状
摘要
颅内动脉瘤并非先天性疾病,它的形成源于多种因素,造成动脉璧结构的改变,以及血流动力的作用.致死的主要原因是出血及早期并发症.随着血管内介入治疗技术的成熟,越来越多的医师开始选择这种微创、有效的治疗方法[1].
