摘要
本文应用浊度分析法,放射免疫法和Lectin染色法研究了血小板活性因子对人精液中快速运动相精子的平均运动速度(VRM)。精子内cAMP含量和顶体反应的影响。结果表明,经血小板活性因子作用后,精液中快速运动相精子的平均运动速度,精子内cAMP含量及顶体反应率均增加。因此,本文认为,血小板活性因子具有使人类精子体外获能的作用。
The effects of PAF on the average velocity of the rapidly moving sperm (VRM) in human semen, the intracellular cAMP content of sperm and the rate of acrosome reaction were studied by the turbidimetric analysis, radioimmunoassay and lectin stain assay. The results showed that after PAF treatment, VRM, intracellular cAMP concentration and the rate of acrosome reaction were increased. It suggests that PAF can promote the capacitation of human sperm in vitro.
