中年女性血沉正常参考值与海拔高度的曲线模型分析

摘要 目的 为制定中国中年女性血沉正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法 收集了中国291个单位用温氏法测定的20028例健康中年女性血沉正常参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系。结果 发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,而中年女性血沉正常参考值按指数律在逐渐减少,相关性很显著(R=0.673);推导出了一个曲线回归模型:=21.98e^(0.000305)±4.88。结论 如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用该回归模型估算这个地区的中年女性血沉正常参考值。依据中年女性血沉正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、中部区、东部区等三个区。 Objective In order to provide a scientific basis for laying out a unified standard of the reference value of Chinese middlescent women's erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) .Methods The reference values of 20028 Chinese healthy middlescent women's ESR tested in 291 areas are collected, a research is made about relationship between the reference value of Chinese middlescent women's ESR and altitude by using curvilinear regression analysis.Results It is found the reference value of Chinese middlescent womer s ESR gradually decreases by index law, as the altitude gradually increases,the correlation is quite significant (R = 0. 673). One curvilinear regression model is given out; Y = 21 .98e-0.000305x±4.88. Conclusion If altitude of a particular area is known, the reference value of Chinese middles-cent women' s ESR in this area can be established by using regression model. According to the dependent relationship of Chinese middlescent women's ESR to altitude,China can be divided into three districts;Qingzang district, central district, eastern district.
