人类精液中酸性磷酸酶的研究——Ⅱ.酸性磷酸酶对巨噬细胞的免疫抑制作用 被引量:7

摘要 本研究观察了本实验室从正常人精浆中分离纯化的ACP,对Balb/c小鼠巨噬细胞(Mφ)形态与功能的影响,实验证明,ACP作用Mφ后,可致细胞增大,胞浆空泡增多等形态学上的改变。同时,还明显抑制Mφ的吞噬功能,表现为Mφ吞噬能力下降;Mφ对抗体致敏羊红细胞(EA)的吞噬率和吞噬指数(PI)均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),抑制程度随ACP的浓度升高而逐渐增强。此外,用EA-花环试验及间接免疫荧光技术证明ACP还抑制Mφ表面Fc受体功能并降低MHC-Ⅱ类分子的表达。我们认为精浆中存在的大量ACP是构成精浆免疫抑制功能的重要组成成分之一。 This paper reported the morphological and functional changes of Mφ from Balb/c mouce after treated with ACP purified from human semen in our lab. It has been proved that treatment of ACP would bring about significant changes of Mφ, i.e., enlargement of cell volume, increase of cytoplasmic vacuoles and dramatic inhibition of its phagocytosis function, in terms of phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index (P<0.01). The immunosuppressive effect was positively related to the concentration of ACP. In addition, the function of Fc-receptor and the expression of MHC-Ⅱ molecula on Mφ surface were interfered with by ACP as well. It has been suggested by us that the abundant ACP in human semen might be one of the components of immunosuppressive factors existing in human semen.
