摘要
目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法 (RP HPLC)测定卫肺特片中利福平、异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺的含量。方法 :采用HypersilC18色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 pH 4 .5磷酸盐缓冲液 (70∶30 )和甲醇 pH 3.0磷酸盐缓冲液 (8∶92 ) ,检测波长 2 6 2nm。结果 :线性范围、回收率分别为 :利福平 3.0 1~ 18.0 6mg·L-1(r =0 .9999) ,10 0 .5 % (RSD为 1.0 % ) ;异烟肼 6 .2 4~ 2 1.84mg·L-1(r =0 .9998) ,10 0 .5 % (RSD为 1.3% ) ;吡嗪酰胺 2 4 .72~ 86 .5 2mg·L-1(r =0 .9999) ,99.6 % (RSD为 0 .6 % )。结论 :该方法可同时测定卫肺特片中
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of three components in Rifater tablets by RP HPLC. METHODS Hypersil C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol phosphate buffer(pH 4.5 )(70∶30) for rifampicine, methanol phosphate buffer(pH 3.0 )(8∶92) for isoniazid and pyrazinamide.The detection wavelength was 262 nm . RESULTS The average recoveries were 99.6% ~ 100.5% , RSD were less than 1.1% .CONCLUSIONS This method is accurate for determination of three components in Rifater tablets.
