转Bt基因棉杂交组合性状优势及遗传差异分析

Analysis on Heterotic Difference in F_1 and F_2 of Main Characters of Transgenic Cotton

分析了转Bt基因棉杂交组合F_1和F_2产量性状、农艺性状、纤维品质的杂种优势以及这些性状在F_1,F_2间的遗传差异,结果表明:转Bt基因棉杂交组合F_1霜前皮棉产量、株高、铃重、衣分、霜前花率等性状具有明显的正向优势,而果枝数、单株铃数、生育期、2.5％跨长等则呈现负效应;这些性状优势在F_2代均不同程度下降,其中产量、霜前花率、单株铃数降幅较大,铃重、衣分、籽指虽比F_1有所降低,但仍表现为正向优势。

The main character on yield, maturity and fiber quality of transgenic cotton, heterotic distributing F1 and F2 were analyzed, The result showed as follows: Heterosis of some main characters of transgenic cotton's F1 hybrids were obvious, which were lint yield before frost, plant height, boll weight, lint percentage and rate of blossom before frost . While some main characters were reduced, which were fruiting branches, bolls per plant, growth duration and 2.5% span length. Some heterosis of main characters of F2 hybrid were reduced compared to that of F1 hybrids, Especially the yield, rate of blossom before frost and boll per plant. Though boll weight, lint percent and seed index were also reduced, they still appeared higher heterosis .
