摘要
从广西一些市县采集番茄茎标本分离得到 5 5个细菌菌株 ,分属为芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusspp .)、黄单胞菌 (Xanthomonasspp .)、假单胞菌 (Pseudomonasspp .)和欧文氏菌 (Erwiniaspp.) ,其中芽孢杆菌为优势种群。经回接测试 ,有 36个菌株为番茄植株内生菌。这些内生菌只有 7个菌株对番茄青枯病菌有拮抗作用 ,芽孢杆菌B47菌株对番茄青枯病菌拮抗作用较强 ,经室内和田间初步防治测定 ,它对番茄青枯病有较好的防治效果。
Fifty five bacterial strains were isolated from the stems of tomato plants collected from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous regions at the fruiting stage. These strains were preliminarily classified as Bacillus spp., Xanthomonas spp., Pseudomonas spp.and Erwinia spp..Among these four genera, isolates of Bacillus were the dominant endophytic bacteria in tomato plants. All the isolated strains were inoculated to tomato plants by stem injecting and root soaking methods, respectively. Thirty six strains could be re isolated from the inoculated plants, indicating that they were endophytes in tomato plants. Antagonistic examination in vitro showed that seven strains could inhibit the growth of Ralstonia solanacearum . Strain B 47 was the strongest antagonist among the 36 strains, and had shown certain control efficiency to the disease in the greenhouse and field plots.
