Practice & Analysis on Sand Mining Management in Qiantang River

钱塘江河道无序采砂对钱塘江堤防安全及防洪造成了很大的威胁.通过制定科学的采砂规划、完善采砂管理制度、加强作业管理、强化水政执法,钱塘江河道采砂秩序已有明显好转.但通过采砂管理实践的分析,尚有一些问题存在,需要研究解决.

The free mining of Qiangtang River course for sand has been threatening the safety of the dyke building and flood control works.Thanks to the scientific sand mining planning and completed management system,the mining in Qiantang River course has been set back to an increasingly orderly way through strengthening the operation administration and enforcing the law and rules of waters.The analysis of the actual sand mining management,however,shows that there still exist some problems needing to be studied and solved.
