摘要
在分析慈溪市西部地区历年来内涝危害成因的基础上,提出了治涝规划及相应的工程和非工程措施,以切实解决当地内涝危害。
The author puts forward water control plans and corres pondingly countermeasures constructing and no construction by analyzing the causes of waterlogging in western Cixi these years.
