摘要
在大、中型水电建设工程中,砼生产都采用自动化砼拌和楼系统来完成的。为了实现精确供料,提高砼连续生产能力,采取对多台拌和机的供料进行自动控制,利用各种型式的回转给料装置进行分组喂料。目前,有采用链条或伞齿轮进行传动,使圆锥齿轮在滑道上转动的滚子转盘式支撑装置;也有采用蜗轮蜗杆传动,利用滚针轴承型式进行承载的旋转支承装置。后者较为先进,结构尺寸较少,并提高了骨料滑动的溜槽角度,转动灵活。但这种轴承成本高,抵抗径向载荷和倾覆力矩性能差,且易损坏,维修量大。针对这种情况,根据起重机和铲运机回转装置的轴承支承特点,设计一种交叉滚子轴承,用来代替滚针轴承。实践证明,在拌和楼的回转给料装置上采用交叉轴承效果十分理想,对加速砼拌和楼设备改进起到了一定的作用。
In a large or a middle water and electricity project, automatic concrete mixing plant system is used to produce concrete. In order to supply the material accurately, it controls several miser machines automatically when supplying the material. It uses various round supplying material sets to feed material separately. This will improve production ability continuously. At present, chain or bevel gear is used when transmitting. The rollers, which roll on the round face of bevel gear, support the set. Worm and gear transmittion is also taken. It uses needle bearings to support the sets roundly. This method is more advanced. The structure and size are small. It also enhances the degree of chute on which the material slides and turns round flexibly. But the costs of bearings are very large. The ability of resisting radial load and topple moment of force is very poor. The bearing is easily going bad. The costs of maintaining of bearing are very big. In this case, cross roll bearing is designed to replace the needle bearing according to the bearing supporting character of the crane and scraper round setting. It proved that adopting cross bearing in the round supplying material sets of mixer building is ideal. It also takes effect to improve the concrete mixer building quicklily.
