利用过氧化物酶同工酶测定新疆野苹果多态性试验简报

Brief Report on Diversity of Malus sieversii Using Isoenzyme

对新疆野苹果进行过氧化物酶同工酶测定的结果表明,不同野苹果种群之间存在明显的差异,同时也具有同源相似之处,同一种群之间差异不显著。通过酶谱构型的复杂程度和共同的特征性酶带可以看出,新疆野苹果与栽培苹果之间具有亲缘关系。

Preoxidase isoenzyme is used to study on Malus sieversii.Results showed that there are ob-vious difference among populations of Malus sieversii of different regions.But there are also a lot of affinity similarities.The difference among same genus are not significant.Through complicate con-struct of enzyme pattern and commonly characteristic of enzyme belts it can be concluded.Malus sieversii has relationships with cultivated apples.
